Through Religious Education lessons at Bordon Junior School, children acquire and develop knowledge and understanding of principal religions within the United Kingdom and globally. They explore their own attitudes towards religion and start to develop their own beliefs. Children will develop positive attitudes of respect towards their multi-faith and multi-cultural community and learn to respect individuals and treat everyone with dignity.

Following the Hampshire syllabus called ‘Living Difference’, we ensure all pupils learn about major world faiths as well as religions less well-known. We are linked to the local ‘Standing Advisory Council on Religious Education’ (SACRE).
